摘要
神华鄂尔多斯煤直接液化示范工程每年产出的煤液化油渣约70万t,约占原煤质量30%的液化残渣,油渣萃取装置不仅可以有效地解决煤直接液化产生的固废危害,同时可以实现油渣的高附加值利用。本文以35万t/a煤液化油渣萃取装置首次投料试车过程中的问题进行探究,根据投料试车条件和投料负荷,重点针对沉降液灰含量不达标、常压塔底和减压塔底泵输送困难以及喷雾干燥系统问题进行数据分析与研究,查找开车过程中的问题并提出解决方法,为进一步改造和开车提供技术支持。
The Shenhua Ordos Coal Direct Liquefaction Demonstration Project produces about 700 O00 t of coal liquefied oil residue every year,accounting for about 30% of the liquefaction residue of raw coal mass.According to the commissioning test conditions and feeding load,the data analysis and research were carried out on the data analysis and research on the non-standard sedimentation liquid ash content,the difficulty of pumping at the bottom of the atmospheric pressure tower and the bottom of the pressure reducing tower,and the problems of the spray drying system,so as to find the problems in the process of start-up and put forward solutions,and provide technical support for further transformation and start-up.
