摘要
参照HJ 478-2009标准,采用高效液相色谱法检测工业废水5种多环芳烃(PAHs)含量,以苯并[a]芘(BaP)为研究对象,开展方法测量不确定度评定。本研究选取了样品预处理、标准溶液的制备、标准曲线的建立、分析仪器的测定、重复性测量以及回收率评估六个环节,对其进行量化分析,构建测量不确定度数学模型。结果显示,样品前处理与标准溶液配制是该方法不确定度的核心来源,二者贡献占比显著高于其他分量,这二者可以成为后续优化检测流程的重点关注环节。同时该结果也可以在教学中为教师和学习者提供参考依据。
In accordance with the HJ 478-2009 standard,the content of five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in industrial wastewater was determined using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Focusing on benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)as the target analyte,a measurement uncertainty evaluation was conducted.Six key procedural steps,sample pretreatment,preparation of standard solutions,establishment of calibration curves,instrumental analysis,repeatability measurements,and recovery assessment,were quantitatively analyzed to construct a mathematical model for measurement uncertainty.Results demonstrated that sample pretreatment and standard solution preparation constituted the predominant sources of uncertainty for the method,with their contribution percentages significantly exceeding those of other components.These two steps should be prioritized for optimization in future detection workflows.Additionally,the findings provided valuable references for instructional applications in analytical chemistry education.
