摘要
细菌感染严重威胁人类健康,而抗生素的长期滥用已造成不可估量的危害。熊果酸(Ursolic acid)具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎等生物活性,但其难溶于水的特性极大限制了生物利用度。为解决这一问题,本研究制备了壳聚糖-脱氧胆酸包封熊果酸水凝胶珠,并对其结构、形貌、溶胀性能、pH响应性及抗菌性能展开表征与分析。结果显示:壳聚糖结构中已成功引入脱氧胆酸,海藻酸钠与壳聚糖发生静电相互作用,熊果酸被有效封装于水凝胶珠内部;壳聚糖-脱氧胆酸与海藻酸钠的最佳配比为1∶2;水凝胶珠呈现多孔交联网络结构,具备良好的溶胀性能、pH可逆性及响应性抗菌性能。本研究为熊果酸在细菌感染治疗领域的应用提供了理论依据与技术参考。
Bacterial infections pose a serious threat to human health,and the long-term abuse of antibiotics has caused incalculable harm.Ursolic acid exhibits various biological activities such as antibacterial,anti-tumor,and antiinflammatory properties,but its poor water solubility greatly limits its bioavailability.To address this issue,ursolic acid encapsulated in chitosan-deoxycholic acid was prepared,and its structure,morphology,swelling performance,pH responsiveness and antibacterial properties were characterized and analyzed.The results showed that deoxycholic acid was successfully introduced into the chitosan structure,sodium alginate interacted with chitosan through electrostatic forces,and ursolic acid was effectively encapsulated inside the hydrogel beads the optimal ratio of chitosan-deoxycholic acid to sodium alginate for the preparation of hydrogel beads was 1:2,the hydrogel beads,presented a porous cross-linked network structure,with excellent swelling performance,pH reversibility,and responsive antibacterial properties.A theoretical basis and technical reference were provided for the application of ursolic acid in the field of bacterial infection treatment.
