摘要
铅铋合金系统中,氧浓度对结构材料的腐蚀速率有重要影响,通过动态调节液态铅铋合金中的氧浓度可以显著减缓其对不锈钢的腐蚀速率。固态氧控制技术被广泛认为是一种高效、快速且清洁的氧浓度调节手段,而目前针对装载固态PbO补氧源的质量交换器的设计及工作性能研究不足。本文研究了一种可控增氧的气动式质量交换器,并对该装置中的固态PbO氧传质特性进行了实验研究。通过改变铅铋合金温度、铅铋合金流速和反应接触面积等工况条件,获得了不同参数对固态PbO氧溶解速率的影响规律。实验结果表明,铅铋合金系统的氧浓度均可控制在合理区间内,验证了该新型固态氧控气动式质量交换器的增氧性能。本文研究对发展以铅铋合金为冷却剂的反应堆技术具有积极的推动作用。
In Lead-Bismuth eutectic(LBE)systems,oxygen concentration significantly impacts the corrosion rate of structural materials.Dynamically adjusting oxygen concentration in liquid LBE can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of stainless steel.Solid-phase oxygen control technology is widely regarded as an efficient,rapid,and clean method for regulating oxygen levels.However,there is limited research on the design and performance of mass exchangers equipped with solid PbO oxygen sources.This study investigates a pneumatic mass exchanger capable of controlled oxygen addition,focusing on the oxygen mass transfer characteristics of solid PbO within the device.By varying operating conditions such as LBE temperature,LBE flow rate,and reactive contact area,the effects of different parameters on the oxygen dissolution rate of solid PbO were determined.Experimental results demonstrate that the oxygen concentration in the LBE system can be effectively controlled within a reasonable range,validating the oxygenation performance of this novel solid-phase oxygen control device—the pneumatic mass exchanger.This research contributes positively to the development of reactor technology using LBE as a coolant.
