摘要 工况排放分析仪作为机动车尾气排放检测的重要设备,需要定期校准以确保测量结果的准确性。丙烷喷射校准是工况排放分析仪的校准项目之一,可用于评估分析系统的总准确度。系统阐述了丙烷喷射校准的流程与原理,探讨了高精度校准的实现方法,并对校准结果与误差来源进行了分析,为排放测试领域的科研与认证工作提供了技术参考。 As a critical device for motor vehicle exhaust emission testing,the operating mode emission analyzer requires regular calibration to ensure measurement accuracy.Propane injection calibration,one of its calibration procedures,can be used to evaluate the overall accuracy of the analytical system.This paper elaborates on the process and principles of propane injection calibration,discusses methods for achieving high-precision calibration,and analyzes the verification of calibration results and sources of error.It provides technical reference for scientific research and certification in the field of emission testing.
