摘要
农业绿色发展是实现资源节约、环境友好和农业高质量发展的必然要求,也是落实“双碳”目标、保障国家粮食安全与生态安全、推动乡村振兴和区域协调发展的重要路径。基于2012—2023年陕西省10个地级市的面板数据,构建农业绿色发展评价指标体系,运用CRITIC-熵权-TOPSIS模型测度农业绿色发展水平,并结合收敛分析、核密度估计、空间自相关分析和Dagum基尼系数分解方法,系统分析其时空动态与区域差异。结果表明,陕西省整体农业绿色发展水平呈现出先降后升并逐步趋稳的发展态势,关中、陕北和陕南三大区域的发展轨迹存在明显差异,地市层面则显示出非均衡发展现象;收敛分析与核密度估计显示,全省及各区域内部的农业绿色发展差异随时间呈现不同程度的收敛,区域间差距逐步缩小;空间自相关分析表明,农业绿色发展水平的空间集聚效应阶段性显著,但持续性较弱,区域协同机制尚未稳定;Dagum基尼系数分解发现,近年来区域间差异明显收敛,但结构性差异与局部极化问题仍然存在,其中关中地区内部差异是全省总体差异的主要来源。研究结论认为,加强区域协同与实施差异化政策设计,是推动农业绿色高质量发展的关键路径。
Agricultural green development is an essential requirement for achieving resource conservation,environmental sustainability,and high-quality agricultural growth.It also serves as a crucial pathway to advancing the "dual carbon" strategy,safeguarding national food and ecological security,and promoting rural revitalization and regional coordinated development.Using panel data from ten prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province for the period 2012-2023,this study constructs an evaluation index system for agricultural green development and measures development levels through a TOPSIS model with weights determined by the CRITIC and entropy methods.Further,convergence analysis,kernel density estimation,spatial autocorrelation analysis,and Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition are employed to systematically examine its spatiotemporal dynamics and regional disparities.The results indicate that the overall level of agricultural green development in Shaanxi Province experienced an initial decrease followed by steady improvement,gradually stabilizing over time.Considerable heterogeneity exists across the Guanzhong,Northern Shaanxi,and Southern Shaanxi regions,while prefecture-level cities demonstrate evident patterns of uneven development. Convergence analysis and kernel density estimationsuggest varying degrees of intra-provincial and intra-regional convergence, with interregional gaps narrowingprogressively. Spatial autocorrelation analysis reveals that spatial clustering effects are intermittently significant butlack persistence, implying that regional collaboration mechanisms have yet to stabilize. The Dagum Ginidecomposition shows that although interregional disparities have converged in recent years, structural heterogeneityand local polarization remain, with intra-Guanzhong differences constituting the dominant source of provincialdisparity. These findings highlight that strengthening regional collaboration and designing differentiated policies arecritical pathways to advancing high-quality agricultural green development.
