‘南江大叶茶’古茶树资源主要农艺性状及遗传多样性分析

Study on Main Agronomic Characters and Genetic Diversity of Nanjiang Dayecha Ancient Tea Plant Resources

摘要 以‘南江大叶茶’古茶树资源为研究对象,对30份古茶树资源的25个农艺性状开展调查,并根据性状数值进行多样性分析、主成分分析及聚类分析。结果表明,8个数量农艺性状变异系数为11.64% ~ 74.36%,平均变异系数为28.50%;17个质量农艺性状变异系数为8.98% ~ 54.67%,平均变异系数为26.90%;遗传多样性指数为0.15 ~ 0.94,平均遗传多样性指数为0.57。其中,芽叶颜色的变异系数为54.67%,遗传多样性指数为0.94,均为最大。主成分分析发现,前7个主要成分的累计贡献率达80.15%,其中叶片长度、叶片宽度、芽叶茸毛、叶齿锐度和叶片颜色等性状是影响‘南江大叶茶’古茶树资源农艺性状差异表现的主要因素。聚类分析表明,供试茶树可划分为3大类群,各类群之间叶片长、宽、面积、叶片颜色等性状差异显著。‘南江大叶茶’古茶树具有丰富的遗传多样性,尤其是芽叶颜色表现出丰富的多样性,可为选育叶色等特异茶树新品种提供丰富的种质资源。 Taking the ancient tea plant resources of Nanjiang Dayecha as the research object,25 agronomic traits of 30 ancient tea plant resources were investigated,and diversity analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out according to the trait values.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of 8 quantitative agronomic traits ranged from 11.64%to 74.36%,with an average coefficient of variation of 28.50%.The coefficient of variation of 17 quality agronomic traits ranged from 8.98%to 54.67%,with an average coefficient of variation of 26.90%.The genetic diversity index ranged from 0.15 to 0.94,with an average genetic diversity index of 0.57.Among them,the coefficient of variation of bud and leaf color was 54.67%,and the genetic diversity index was 0.94,both of which were the largest.Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first seven main components reached 80.15%,among which leaf length,leaf width,bud leaf hair,leaf tooth sharpness and leaf color were the main factors affecting the agronomic differences in Nanjiang Dayecha ancient tea plant resources.Cluster analysis showed that the tested tea plants could be divided into three major groups, and there were significant differences in leaf length, width, area and leaf color among different groups.The ancient tea plant of Nanjiang Dayecha has rich genetic diversity, especially the color of bud leaves, which can provide abundant germplasm resources for the breeding of leaf color specific tea varieties.
