摘要
目前石油化工行业的快速发展,工艺管道安装工程是其关键环节,面临着越来越多的挑战。工艺管道的安装质量直接关系到石油化工装置的安全运行与长期稳定性,而在实际施工过程中,会遇到管道材料选择不当、焊接质量不达标、防腐措施不到位、阀门安装不规范等问题,影响工程进度,对后续生产造成安全隐患。基于此,文章探讨石油化工工艺管道安装工程施工常见问题及处理措施,为石油化工行业发展提供助力。
The rapid development of the petroleum and chemical industry has made process piping installation engineering a critical link,facing increasingly numerous challenges.The installation quality of process piping directly impacts the safe operation and longterm stability of petroleum and chemical plants.However,during actual construction,issues such as improper selection of piping materials,substandard welding quality,inadequate anti-corrosion measures,and non-standardized valve installation often arise,affecting project progress and posing safety hazards for subsequent production.Based on this,the paper explores common problems in the construction of process piping installation engineering in the petroleum and chemical industry and proposes corresponding handling measures,aiming to provide support for the development of the industry.
