工程应用新选择:钢丝预浸带增强聚乙烯粘接复合管

摘要 钢丝预浸带增强聚乙烯粘接复合管是一种结合金属与非金属材料优势的新型高性能管材。该管材的结构设计、生产工艺、连接形式、运输施工方式及性能特点得到了系统阐述,并且通过与柔性复合高压输送管的对比分析,其在机械强度、耐温性及环刚度等方面的优势得以凸显。研究结果表明,该管材在石油天然气输送、海洋工程及矿山等领域具有显著的应用潜力,其制造工艺的先进性为管道工程领域提供了创新解决方案。 The steel wire pre-impregnated tape reinforced polyethylene bonded composite pipe is a new type of high-performance pipe that combines the advantages of metal and non-metal materials.The structural design,production process,connection forms,transportation and construction methods,as well as the performance characteristics of this pipe are systematically expounded.And through the comparative analysis with the flexible composite high-pressure conveying pipe,its advantages in terms of mechanical strength,temperature resistance and ring stiffness are highlighted.The research results show that this pipe has significant application potential in fields such as oil and gas transportation,offshore engineering,and mines.The advancement of its manufacturing process provides an innovative solution for the field of pipeline engineering.
