摘要
在海外油田建设过程中,由于环境条件恶劣、施工工艺复杂以及人员构成多元,安全管理工作面临诸多挑战。标识可视化作为一种以视觉为核心的信息传达手段,凭借其直观、高效和跨文化的特性,逐渐成为提升安全管理水平的重要工具。文章以中东某油田项目为案例,探讨了标识可视化在施工与运营阶段的实际应用与管理成效,最终验证了标识可视化在提升施工安全、优化管理流程以及提高协同效率方面的综合优势,为类似海外高风险工程项目提供了有益借鉴。
During the construction of overseas oilfield projects,safety management faces numerous challenges due to harsh environmental conditions,complex construction processes,and a diverse workforce.Visualized signage,as a visual-centric method of information transmission,has become an increasingly important tool for enhancing safety management thanks to its intuitive,efficient,and cross-cultural characteristics.This paper takes an oilfield project in the Middle East as a case study to explore the practical applications and management outcomes of visualized signage during both construction and operation phases.The study ultimately confirms the comprehensive advantages of visualized safety management in improving construction safety,optimizing management processes,and enhancing collaborative efficiency,offering valuable insights for similar high-risk engineering projects overseas.
