摘要
习近平文化思想作为中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的时代结晶,蕴含着丰富的治理智慧。二者所具有的内在契合性,是对中华优秀传统文化治理智慧进行继承与创新的重要前提。这种继承与创新既是历史发展的必然,又是理论自身丰富发展的张力使然,更是回应时代挑战的迫切呼唤。在治理主体、动力源泉、治理目标与价值取向等维度上,习近平文化思想对中华优秀传统文化治理智慧进行了创造性转化与创新性发展,为推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、构建人类命运共同体提供了有力的思想武器和科学的实践指引。
As the crystallization of the creative transformation and development of traditional Chinese culture,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture encompasses a wealth of governance wisdom.The inherent compatibility between the two is a prerequisite for inheriting and innovating governance wisdom in traditional Chinese culture.This inheritance and innovation are not only an inevitable requirement of historical development but also a result of the inherent tension within theoretical development.More importantly,they represent an urgent call to respond to contemporary challenges.In terms of governance actors,guiding ideologies,sources of motivation and value objectives,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has creatively transformed and innovated the governance wisdom in traditional Chinese culture.It provides a powerful ideological weapon and practical guide for advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity and building a community with a shared future for humanity.
