摘要
目的以切实提高大学生身体素质和体育精神为目的,研究卡巴迪运动对大学生身体素质和体育精神培养的短期效果,进而为高校体育活动多样化开展提供支持。方法选取高校大学生100人,利用问卷调查法、描述性统计分析法和文献资料法,对实验组学生的身体素质指标和体育精神指标的变化进行分析。结果卡巴迪运动可以实现对大学生身体素质和体育精神的有效培养。结论卡巴迪运动值得在高校体育教学活动中推广和应用。
Objective With the aim of effectively improving the physical fitness and sportsmanship of college students,this study aims to investigate the short-term effects of Kabaddi sports on the cultivation of their physical fitness and sportsmanship,and provide support for the diversified development of sports activities in universities.Method 100 college students were selected,and the changes in physical fitness and sportsmanship indicators of the experimental group were analyzed using questionnaire survey,descriptive statistical analysis,and literature review methods.Result Kabadi sports can effectively cultivate the physical fitness and sportsmanship of college students.Conclusion Kabaddi sports are worth promoting and applying in physical education teaching activities in universities.
