摘要
为响应“新工科”对复合应用型人才培养的需求,针对《生物化学》课程传统教学中存在的学科壁垒突出、教学内容与跨学科需求脱节等问题,本文提出课程模块化改革方案。通过构建“基础理论—交叉应用—前沿拓展”层次递进的内容体系,整合混合式、案例式等多元教学方法,建立基于OBE理念的多维度评价体系,旨在打破学科界限,培养学生的跨学科融合能力与创新实践能力。研究可为理工科专业基础课程的跨学科教学改革提供参考。
In response to the demand for cultivating compound and application-oriented talents under the background of"New Engineering Disciplines",this paper proposes a modular reform plan for the course of Biochemistry to address the prominent problems in traditional teaching,such as strong disciplinary barriers and the disconnection between teaching content and interdisciplinary needs.By constructing a hierarchical and progressive content system of"basic theory-interdisciplinary application-frontier development",integrating diversified teaching methods including blended teaching and case-based teaching,and establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept,this reform aims to break disciplinary boundaries and cultivate students'interdisciplinary integration ability and innovative practical ability.This study can provide a reference for the interdisciplinary teaching reform of basic courses in science and engineering majors.
