摘要
随着大数据、人工智能、区块链等信息技术在审计领域的深入应用,传统审计人才培养模式已难以契合新时代对计算机审计人才的迫切需求。本文从产教融合的角度出发,探讨了当前计算机审计人才培养在目标设定、课程结构、教师团队及实践基地等方面所面临的关键难题。提出了一种以“育人目标协同化、课程体系项目化、师资队伍双栖化、实践平台立体化”为要点的“四维一体”创新人才培养模式,并给出了具体的执行方案与支持措施,为高校培养具备审计专业知识、信息技术水平和职业实践技能的复合型、应用型计算机审计人才提供了理论依据。
With the deepening application of information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain in the field of auditing,the traditional mode of training audit talents is no longer able to meet the urgent demand for computer audit talents in the new era.This article explores the key challenges faced by the current training of computer audit talents in terms of goal setting,curriculum structure,teacher teams,and practical bases from the perspective of industry education integration.A"four-dimensional integrated"innovative talent training model has been proposed,with the key points of"collaborative educational goals,project-based curriculum system,dual residency of teaching staff,and three-dimensional practical platforms".Specific implementation plans and support measures have been provided,providing a theoretical basis for universities to cultivate composite and application-oriented computer audit talents with professional knowledge,information technology level,and professional practical skills in auditing.
