摘要
电力企业工程建设项目声像档案是记录工程建设全过程的重要资料。然而,当前电力企业在声像档案管理中存在一些问题,包括制度不完善、人员素质不足、资料质量不高以及信息化建设滞后等,这些问题严重影响了声像档案的完整性和利用价值。基于此,本文深入探讨电力企业声像档案的管理模式与策略,提出完善管理制度、提升管理人员素质、加强资料质量管控以及推进信息化建设等针对性措施,以期有效提高电力企业声像档案管理的质量和效率,为电力工程建设项目提供更加可靠的档案支持。
The audio-visual archives of power enterprise engineering construction projects are important materials for recording the entire process of engineering construction.However,there are some problems in the management of audiovisual archives in current power enterprises,including incomplete systems,insufficient personnel quality,low data quality,and lagging information construction.These problems seriously affect the integrity and utilization value of audio-visual archives.Based on this,this article deeply explores the management mode and strategy of audio-visual archives in power enterprises,proposes targeted measures such as improving management systems,enhancing the quality of management personnel,strengthening data quality control,and promoting information construction,in order to effectively improve the quality and efficiency of audio-visual archive management in power enterprises and provide more reliable archive support for power engineering construction projects.
