摘要
本文以辽宁何氏医学院与鲁迅美术学院跨校联合培养项目为研究对象,深入探讨跨校联合培养模式对视觉传达设计专业学生就业方向与行业适配度的影响。通过文献研究、问卷调查、访谈等方法,分析当前视觉传达设计专业学生就业现状,剖析跨校联合培养在就业方向选择、行业适配度提升等方面的作用机制,并针对现存问题提出优化策略,旨在为提升视觉传达设计专业人才培养质量与就业竞争力提供参考。
This thesis takes the cross-school joint training program between He's Medical College in Liaoning Province and Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts as the research object,and deeply explores the impact of the cross-school joint training model on the employment direction and industry adaptability of students majoring in visual communication design.Through methods such as literature research,questionnaire surveys,and interviews,this paper analyzes the current employment status of students majoring in visual communication design,dissects the mechanism of cross-school joint training in terms of employment direction selection and industry adaptability improvement,and proposes optimization strategies for existing problems,aiming to provide references for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and employment competitiveness in the visual communication design major.
