城市排水管网非开挖修复技术应用研究

摘要 为解决城市老旧排水管网结构缺陷及传统开挖修复的局限,本文以某建设时间早、基础设施薄弱城区的60km问题排水管网为对象,开展非开挖修复技术的应用与方案设计。通过CCTV检测、声纳成像等手段完成管网排查,发现70.8%管道存在渗漏、破裂等缺陷,且91%的缺陷集中于人口稠密区,45%的结构缺陷达三级及以上。项目以CIPP紫外光固化技术为核心,结合局部树脂固化、双胀圈止水环封堵等辅助工艺,通过严格把控管道清洗(残留物覆盖率<2%)、修复前检测(误差±0.5m内)、拖入底膜(抗拉强度≥18kN/m)等施工要点,辅以五维监控保障,最终成功恢复60km管网服役功能。该技术有效降低了交通中断与社区扰动,其复合技术路径、核心指标严控及内衬耐久性保障等创新点,验证了非开挖技术在老城密建区的可行性,可以为同类城市基础设施更新提供解决方案。 In order to address the structural defects of old urban drainage networks and the limitations of traditional excavation and repair,this article focuses on the application and design of non excavation repair technology for a 60km problem drainage network in a city with early construction and weak infrastructure.Through CCTV inspection,sonar imaging and other methods,it was found that 70.8%of the pipelines had defects such as leakage and rupture,and 91%of the defects were concentrated in densely populated areas.45%of the structural defects reached level three or above.The project is based on CIPP UV curing technology,combined with auxiliary processes such as local resin curing and double expansion ring sealing.Through strict control of pipeline cleaning(residual coverage rate<2%),pre repair inspection(error±0.5m),and dragging into the bottom film(tensile strength≥18kN/m),supplemented by five dimensional monitoring and support,the service function of the 60km pipeline network was successfully restored.This technology effectively reduces traffic interruption and community disturbance,and its innovative points such as composite technology path,strict control of core indicators,and durability guarantee of lining have verified the feasibility of non excavation technology in densely built areas of old cities,which can provide solutions for infrastructure renewal in similar cities.
