市政道路桥梁工程中沉降段路基路面施工技术

摘要 本文聚焦市政道路桥梁工程中沉降段路基路面施工技术,针对沉降形成机理及风险效应,系统研究地基处理、路基填筑、路面结构设计及施工质量控制技术。通过地质勘察与工程实施缺陷分析,揭示沉降产生根源。针对性提出梯度增厚抗变形层、刚度过渡带协同设计等结构优化方案,并研究智能压实工艺、三维监测网络构建等施工控制技术。研究结果表明,采用换填改良技术可使地基承载力提升120%,工后沉降控制在5mm以内,梯度增厚路面结构使轮载应力分布系数降低35%,智能压实工艺使压实度标准差降至1.5%。 This article focuses on the construction technology of settlement section subgrade and pavement in municipal road and bridge engineering,and systematically studies the foundation treatment,subgrade filling,pavement structure design,and construction quality control technology for settlement formation mechanism and risk effects.Through geological exploration and analysis of engineering implementation defects,reveal the root causes of settlement.Propose targeted structural optimization schemes such as gradient thickening anti deformation layer and collaborative design of stiffness transition zone,and study construction control technologies such as intelligent compaction process and 3D monitoring network construction.The research results show that the use of replacement and filling improvement technology can increase the bearing capacity of the foundation by 120%,control the post construction settlement within 5mm,reduce the stress distribution coefficient of wheel load by 35%due to the gradient thickening of the pavement structure,and reduce the standard deviation of compaction degree to 1.5%through intelligent compaction technology.
