桥梁自动化监测技术在桥梁管养中的应用

摘要 桥梁自动化监测是预防性养护的重要手段,可实时感知结构状态,为科学管养提供数据支撑。本文以珠海某桥梁自动化监测项目为例,系统阐述监测系统的构建、关键参数(桥墩倾斜、梁墩位移与支座状态)的变化规律及其在桥梁管养中的具体应用。监测结果表明,自动化监测技术能够有效捕捉结构在荷载与环境耦合作用下的响应特征,精准识别潜在异常(比如6#墩持续倾斜),验证了该技术在桥梁状态评估、预警及养护决策中的关键作用,可以为同类桥梁的管养工作提供实践参考。 Automated monitoring of bridges is an important means of preventive maintenance,which can perceive the structural status in real time and provide data support for scientific management and maintenance.This article takes a bridge automation monitoring project in Zhuhai as an example to systematically explain the construction of the monitoring system,data analysis of key parameters(bridge pier inclination,beam pier displacement,and support status),and its specific application in bridge management and maintenance.The monitoring results indicate that automated monitoring technology can effectively capture the response characteristics of the structure under the coupling effect of load and environment,accurately identify potential anomalies(such as the continuous tilting of Pier 6),and verify the key role of this technology in bridge condition assessment,warning,and maintenance decision-making.It can provide practical reference for the management and maintenance of similar bridges.
