摘要
随着我国城市化进程向纵深推进,经济社会发展对水资源的刚性需求持续攀升。水利工程作为集水资源开发、调配、利用与管理于一体的核心基础设施,建设规模与覆盖范围不断扩大,在保障区域水安全、支撑产业升级、改善民生福祉等方面发挥着不可替代的支撑作用。基于此,本文结合水利工程施工特点,深入分析生态环境保护的现实困境,系统提出科学可行的保护措施,以期为提升水利工程生态环境保护水平、实现工程建设与生态环境协调发展提供有益借鉴。
With the deepening of urbanization in our country,the rigid demand for water resources in economic and social development continues to rise.As a core infrastructure for the development,allocation,utilization,and management of water resources,water conservancy projects have continuously expanded their construction scale and coverage,playing an irreplaceable supporting role in ensuring regional water security,supporting industrial upgrading,and improving people's livelihoods.Based on this,this article combines the characteristics of water conservancy engineering construction,deeply analyzes the practical difficulties of ecological environment protection,and systematically proposes scientifically feasible protection measures,in order to provide useful reference for improving the level of ecological environment protection in water conservancy engineering and achieving coordinated development between engineering construction and ecological environment.
