L-苹果酸的生理功能及其在动物生产中的应用

摘要 L-苹果酸(L-MA)作为一种天然有机酸,因具有多重生理功能而受到广泛关注。近年来的研究表明,L-MA能够调控线粒体能量代谢、增强机体抗氧化与抗炎能力、维持肠道稳态、促进肌纤维类型转化并改善肉品质,且无毒性副作用。因此,L-MA可作为饲料添加剂用于改善动物机体健康与生产性能,在动物生产中展现出广阔的应用前景。本文总结了L-MA的理化性质、制备方法及生理功能,并综述了其在动物生产中的应用效果,旨在加深对L-MA生理功能的认识,为其在动物生产中的应用提供参考。 As a natural organic acid,L-malate(L-MA)has attracted considerable attention due to its multiple physiological functions.Recent studies have shown that L-MA can regulate mitochondrial energy metabolism,enhance the body’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacities,maintain intestinal homeostasis,promote the conversion of muscle fibre types,improve meat quality,and has no toxic side effects.Therefore,L-MA can be used as a feed additive to improve animal health and production performance,showing broad application prospects in animal production.This paper summarizes the physicochemical properties,preparation methods,and physiological functions of L-MA and reviews its application effects in animal production,aiming to deepen the understanding of the physiological functions of L-MA and provide references for its application in animal production.
