摘要
积极培养和输送优秀人才到国际体育组织决策层任职,对维护我国利益,提升国际体育话语权具有重要意义。运用高阶理论与胜任力理论,结合文献资料、履历分析、网络调研与数理统计等方法,从知识、能力和素养3个方面对98位国际体育组织决策层人员的胜任力表现进行分析,总结归纳决策层人员的胜任力特征,为我国人才培养提供启示。应加强学科知识融合,构建交叉学科体系与复合知识结构;应提高领导能力建设,强化人才的跨文化交流与组织领导能力;应促进核心素养发展,拓展人才的国际视野与政治素养提升。
Actively cultivating and recommending outstanding talents to serve in the decision-making levels of international sports organizations is of great importance for safeguarding national interests and enhancing the international sports discourse power.This study applied upper echelons theory and competency theory,utilizing methods such as literature review,biographical analysis,online investigation,and mathematical statistics to analyze the competency performance of 98 decision-makers in international sports organizations from three dimensions:knowledge,skills,and literacy.It summarized the competency characteristics of these decision-makers to provide insights for talent cultivation in China.Integration of disciplinary knowledge should be strengthened to build an interdisciplinary system and a composite knowledge structure;Leadership capacity building should be enhanced to strengthen talents'cross-cultural communication and organizational management skills;Development of core literacy should be promoted to broaden talents'international perspective and improve their political competency.
