摘要
跨项选育作为我国运动员选拔与培养的创新模式和重要补充,将有助于推动我国奥运落后项目与新兴项目实现跨越式发展。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等,剖析我国运动员跨项选育的内涵特征,并在此基础上提出其未来发展思路与推进策略。我国运动员跨项选育应有内涵中表现出竞技体育后备人才资源配置的多渠性,“选、训、赛、管”多环节一体化,“体、教、社”多元主体协同化,跨项选育关键技术手段发展的创新性等多维特征。展望未来,我国运动员跨项选育发展思路的设计需在理念层面,树立跨项选育辩证性态度与过程性思维;在支撑层面,强化跨项选育政策性扶持与资源性保障;在主体层面,创新跨项选育多元化模式与协同化机制;在操作层面,完善跨项选育理论性研究与实践性探索。落地执行,我国运动员跨项选育应构建多元评价体系,引导跨项选育多维价值认同;建立监督反馈机制,保障跨项选育政策上下联动;破解跨项多维壁垒,激发多元主体协同参与活力;强化发展知行并进,凝聚跨项选育双轮驱动合力。
Talent transfer,as an innovative model and an important supplement for the selection and training of reserve talents in competitive sports in China,will help promote the leap-forward development of backward and emerging Olympic events in China.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the connotation and characteristics of talent transfer of Chinese athletes,and based on this,put forward its development ideas and promotion strategies.The inherent connotation of talent transfer for Chinese athletes demonstrates multi-dimensional characteristics,including:the multi-channel nature of resource allocation for competitive sports reserve talents;the integration of multiple links such as“selection,training,competition,and management”;the coordination of multiple subjects including“sports institutions,educational institutions and social organizations”;and the innovation in the development of key technical means for talent transfer.Looking forward to the future,the design of the development idea of Chinese athletes'talent transfer needs to establish dialectical attitude and process thinking of talent transfer at the conceptual level;At the support level,strengthen the policy support and resource guarantee of cross-item breeding;At the main level,innovative talent transfer diversified mode and collaborative mechanism;At the operational level,improve the theoretical research and practical exploration of talent transfer.Landing execution,the talent transfer of Chinese athletes should build a multi-evaluation system and guide the recognition of multi-dimensional values of talent transfer;establish a supervision and feedback mechanism to ensure that talent transfer policies are up-down linkage;break the multidimensional barriers of talent transfer,and stimulate the vitality of multi-subjects'collaborative participation;strengthen the development of knowledge and practice,and unite the two-wheel driving force of talent transfer.
