摘要
促进学生身心健康、全面发展,是党中央关心、人民群众关切、社会关注的重大课题。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从历史与现实、理论与实践、国际与国内等不同视角,反思学校体育教育与学生健康关联的过去、现在与未来。历史维度揭示受身心二元论的影响,体育教育长期被边缘化,其健康功能主要表现为对学生体质状况的监测,由此形成工具理性主导的“虚假关联”;现实维度显示“健康第一”的理念虽在政策层面确立,但在实践中却存在结构性矛盾,即体质健康测试应试化倾向导致教学异化、体育教师健康教育素养不足、跨部门协同乏力,致使健康关联路径碎片化;未来维度的关键在于重构健康促进共同体,通过体育教育与健康教育的深度融合,以体育教师向健康促进者的角色转型为纽带,构建跨学科融合与家校社协同的育人生态。基于此,从宏观、中观、微观3个层面提出积极拥抱数字化,赋能学校体育教育创新发展;凝聚“全校”合力,倡导健康的生活方式;构建基于健康的体育教学模式3个转向策略,真正实现从“健康监测”向“健康赋能”的应然转变,夯实学生全面健康发展的根基。
Promoting students physical and mental well-being and holistic development remains a critical issue of paramount importance to the Communist Party of China Central Committee,public concern,and societal attention.Through literature review and logical analysis,this study examined the historical,current,and future connections between school physical education and student health from perspectives spanning past,present,and future contexts from the different views,covering historical,theoretical,practical,and domestic dimensions.The historical analysis revealed how the long-standing dualism between physical and mental health marginalized physical education,with its health functions primarily limited to monitoring students physical fitness,resulting in a“pseudo-connection”dominated by instrumental rationality.The current reality showed that while the“health first”concept has been established at policy level,structural contradictions persist in practice.These include exam-oriented tendencies in physical fitness testing distorting educational purposes,insufficient health education competencies among PE teachers,and weak interdepartmental collaboration,leading to fragmented pathways for health-related connections.The future direction focuses on reconstructing a health promotion community through deep integration of PE and health education.By transforming PE teachers into health promoters,we aim to establish an interdisciplinary ecosystem integrating home-school-community collaboration.Based on this framework,three strategic shifts are proposed across macro,meso,and micro levels:actively embracing digitalization to empower innovative development of school physical education;consolidating“whole-school”synergy to advocate healthy lifestyles;and building health-based PE teaching models.This approach truly transforms from“health monitoring”to“health empowerment”,laying solid foundations for students comprehensive health development.
