摘要
通过阐述空间钢桁架+索膜结构安全鉴定检测的必要性,以实际悬挑钢桁架+索膜结构看台罩棚项目为例,在对该结构进行传统方式检测基础上,引入三维激光扫描技术对该结构进行全方位的扫描,实现点云拟合技术与传统测量检测技术一致性比较分析,得到现场情况与设计资料符合性验证,并运用三维扫描技术与BIM融合技术对该结构进行结构整体偏差分析,根据实际检测结果进行3D3S结构计算,综合进行结构的整体安全性评估,并提出相应的建议措施。
This paper elaborates on the necessity of safety assessment and testing for spatial truss+cable-membrane structures.Taking the actual cantilever steel truss+cable-membrane grandstand canopy project as an example,the study combines traditional inspection methods with three-dimensional laser scanning technology.A full-scale scan of the structure is conducted,enabling a comparative analysis of point cloud fitting technology with traditional measurement techniques.This comparison facilitates the verification of the structural conformity with design specifications.The integration of 3D scanning technology with Building Information Modeling(BIM)is employed to assess the overall deformation of the structure.Based on the actual inspection results,3D3S structural analysis is performed,providing a comprehensive safety evaluation of the entire structure and offering corresponding recommendations for improvement.
