医疗建筑合同能源管理项目节能量核算方法研究与应用

摘要 我国建筑运行能耗约占全社会能耗的22%,其中医疗建筑运行能耗约为普通公共建筑的2倍,开展医疗建筑综合节能改造对实现节能减碳目标具有重要意义。合同能源管理作为推进医疗建筑节能改造的重要手段,其核心难点在于如何精准、客观地核定项目节能量。通过系统研究3种常用节能量核算方法,明确各方法的优势、不足及适用范围,进而提出一种以账单分析法为主、结合能效分析法的节能量核定方法。将该方法应用于某医疗建筑合同能源管理项目,实践表明该方法具备良好的可行性与可操作性。非节能改造因素(如设备新增、功能区域调整等)引起的能耗变化占全年节能量的11%,是节能量.核算中应重点考虑的变量。某医疗建筑采用合同能源管理模式开展节能改造后,年节能率达到了144%,具有良好的节能效果。 The energy consumption of buildings in China accounts for about 22%,the operational energy consumption of medical buildings was approximately twice that of ordinary public buildings,maked the implementation of comprehensive energy-saving renovations of great significance.Energy performance contracting was an important means to promote energy-saving renovation of medical buildings.Based on systematic research of three different methods for energy savings calculation,we clarified their respective advantages,disadvantages,and scope of application,To verify the energy savings achieved through energy performance contracting,the author proposed a method that primarily utilizes the bill analysis method,combined with the energy efficiency analysis method,And it was applied to a certain medical building energy performance contracting project.Research showed:The verification method is feasible and operable,The energy consumption changes caused by non-energy-saving renovation factors(such as equipment additions,functional area adjustments,etc.)account for 11%of the annual energy-saving volume,and this part should be given priority consideration in the calculation of energy savings.A medical building had achieved an annual energy saving rate of 14.4%through energy performance contracting management mode for energy-saving renovation,demonstrating good energy-saving effects.
