摘要
基于江西省绿色建筑运行现状调研及碳排放数据库,采用自下而上的方法构建江西省绿色建筑典型建筑能耗模型。以GB 55015—2021《建筑节能与可再生能源利用通用规范》为基准情景,以GB/T 51350—2019《近零能耗建筑技术标准》中近零能耗建筑要求为“碳达峰”情景进行设置,采用能耗模拟软件对绿色住宅建筑、绿色办公建筑、绿色中小学建筑进行模拟分析,得到基准情景下碳排放基线分别为25.47kgCO_(2)/m^(2)、20.52kgCO_(2)/m^(2)、26.01kgCO_(2)/m^(2);“碳达峰”情景下碳排放基线分别为21.08kgCO_(2)/m^(2)、19.18kgCO_(2)/m^(2)、11.26kgCO_(2)/m^(2)。研究成果可为江西省相关主管部门制定低碳建筑政策提供数据支撑。
Based on research into the operational status of green buildings in Jiangxi Province and the carbon emissions database,a bottom-up approach was adopted to construct a typical building energy consumption model for green buildings in Jiangxi Province.Using GB 55015—2021 General Code for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Application in Buildings as the baseline scenario,and GB/T 51350—2019 Technical Standard for Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings as the“carbon peak”scenario.Energy consumption simulation software was employed to analyse green residential buildings,green office buildings,and green primary/secondary school buildings.The baseline carbon emissions under the baseline scenario were determined to be 25.47 kgCO_(2)/m^(2),20.52 kgCO_(2)/m^(2),and 26.01 kgCO_(2)/m^(2)respectively.Under the“carbon peak”scenario,the carbon emission baselines were 21.08 kgCO_(2)/m^(2),19.18 kgCO_(2)/m^(2),and 11.26 kgCO_(2)/m^(2)respectively.This provides data support for relevant authorities in Jiangxi Province to formulate low-carbon building policies.
