摘要
绿色建筑标准随着时代的发展持续更新,为分析国内2024年版GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》(以下简称“ASGB”)与国际新兴标准“生命建筑挑战”(LBC)4.0之间的差异,探讨两者在体系结构、评价方法、核心指标设计及适用性方面的异同。采用定量与定性相结合的方法,通过文献分析与标准比对,归纳可持续建筑设计与实施的核心价值取向及技术路径。结果表明,ASGB以节能、环保和可操作性为导向,适用于政策推动的大规模建筑实践,而LBC4.0强调建筑的再生性和环境正向影响,标准要求更高但实施难度较大。ASGB可借鉴LBC4.0的生态再生理念,提升材料安全性、资源循环利用及社会公平性,以优化我国绿色建筑标准的长期可持续性和国际适应性。
In light of the ongoing evolution of green building standards,a comparative analysis has been conducted to examine the distinctions between the 2024 revision of China's GB/T 50378—2019 Assessment Standard for Green Buildings and the internationally recognized Living Building Challenge 4.0.A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was employed,including literature analysis and standard comparison,The results indicate that AsGB aligns with the growing emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability,as evidenced by international policies and EsG criteria,making it well-suited for large-scale building practices.In contrast,the LBC4.0 prioritizes building regeneration and environmental sustainability,setting stringent standards that aim to eliminate negative environmental impacts and present significant implementation challenges.The conclusion suggests that AsGB could adopt LBC4.0's ecological regeneration principles to improve material safety,resource recycling,and social equity,thereby enhancing the long-term sustainability and international applicability of China's green building standards.
