摘要
在“双碳”的政策引导下,中新天津生态城作为国家绿色发展示范区,为实现公共建筑绿色低碳的发展目标,探索区域建设领域绿色发展的新路径。北方大数据交易中心作为中新天津生态城区域首个实创超低能耗建筑、三星级绿色建筑的高品质绿色低碳公共建筑项目,通过被动式技术优先、主动式技术优化、可再生能源补充、智慧能源管控的技术路径实现了绿色低碳建设的目标,为寒冷地区新建公共建筑提供了有益借鉴。北方大数据交易中心建成后,将为区域绿色可持续发展提供示范,推动相关产业健康发展,助力建筑行业绿色转型高质量发展。
Under the policy guidance of“Dual Carbon”,the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City,serving as a national green development demonstration zone,is exploring new pathways in the construction sector to achieve its green and low-carbon development goals for public buildings in the region.The Northern Big Data Exchange Center is the first project in the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City to achieve both ultra-low energy building and three-star green building certification.The high quality green and low-carbon public building has attained its construction goals through a technical pathway that prioritizes passive design,optimizes active technologies,supplements with renewable energy,and implements intelligent energy management and control.It thus serves as a valuable reference for new public buildings in cold regions.Upon completion,the Center will provide a demonstration for regional green and sustainable development,promote the healthy growth of related industries,and contribute to the high-quality green transformation of the construction industry.
