摘要
为了提高轨道车辆的运营安全性,分别以城市轨道交通车辆和高速动车组为研究对象,通过实地调研和文献分析获得城市轨道交通车辆和高速动车组故障风险的影响因素,并通过层次分析法和专家评分法实现对轨道车辆故障风险成本的量化评价。然后,将故障风险成本和维修成本纳入轨道车辆运营安全总成本建模,并通过计算获得城市轨道交通车辆和高速动车组在一个寿命周期内的最优维修时间间隔T和维修次数N,进而获得其一个寿命周期内的预防性维修计划。最后,通过算例分析验证了论文所提出方法的有效性,可为轨道车辆运营管理和维修决策提供理论支持。
In order to improve the operational safety of rail vehicles,taking urban rail transit vehicles and high-speed electric multiple units as research objects respectively,the influencing factors of failure risk of urban rail transit vehicles and high-speed trains are obtained through field research and literature analysis,and the quantitative evaluation of the failure risk cost of rail vehicles was achieved through the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method.Then,the failure risk cost and maintenance cost are included in the modeling of the total operating safety cost of rail vehicles,and the optimal maintenance time interval T and maintenance time N of urban rail transit vehicles and high-speed electric multiple units within a life cycle are obtained through calculation,thereby obtaining a preventive maintenance plan for rail vehicle equipment within a life cycle.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper was verified through case analysis,which can provide theoretical support for the operation management and maintenance decisionmaking of rail vehicles.
