摘要
集装箱码头起重机的单机作业效率是评估码头整体运行效率和进行布局设计的关键参数。然而传统计算结果偏理想化。为了解决这一问题,本文从起重机单机控制的视角出发,结合实际作业工况和流程,深入研究了各种相关因素的影响,提出了一种基于控制的效率计算方法。本文开发了相应的算法,以实现单机作业地图的自动生成、计算过程的曲线可视化、效率计算及其记录。通过与理论算法和实际运行结果的对比,验证了该软件功能和计算结果的准确性符合预期。
Container terminal cranes efficiency is an important parameter in the overall operational efficiency calculation and layout design of container terminals.However,traditional calculation results tend to be idealized.In response to this,this article starts from the perspective of control of cranes,combines operating conditions and processes,studies and discusses the influence of relevant factors,proposing a control-based efficiency calculation method and then obtains algorithm about related influencing factors.Finally the automatic generation of maps and curve visualization of the calculation process,efficiency calculation and its recording are achieved.By comparing with theoretical algorithms and actual results,that the software’s functionality and expected calculation functions are achieved.
