四轴互连油气悬架阻尼特性分析及平顺性优化

摘要 车辆平顺性是评价车辆行驶性能的重要指标之一,而车辆的平顺性取决于悬架的阻尼特性与刚度特性。通过对四轴互连油气悬架系统进行数学建模,使用AMESim模型仿真验证了数学模型的正确性。对悬架的阻尼特性进行分析,研究关键参数对于阻尼特性的影响,同时选取油气悬架的阻尼孔和单向阀直径作为优化变量,选取加权加速度均方根值作为优化目标,利用遗传算法对车辆的平顺性进行优化。结果表明:四轴互连悬架大幅提高了悬架的侧倾刚度和俯仰刚度。通过联合仿真对比可知,四轴互连悬架的侧倾角、俯仰角以及横向载荷转移率均小于单轴互连悬架,车身的稳定性更好。 Ride comfort is one of the important indexes to evaluate the driving performance of the vehicle,and the ride comfort of the vehicle depends on the damping characteristics of the suspension.In this study,the mathematical model of the four-axis interconnected oil-gas suspension system is built,and the correctness of the mathematical model is verified by AMESim model simulation.The damping characteristics of the suspension were analyzed,and the influence of key parameters on the damping characteristics was studied.At the same time,the damping hole and check valve diameter of the oil-gas suspension were selected as the optimization variables,and the root-mean-square value of weighted acceleration was selected as the optimization objective,and the ride comfort of the vehicle was optimized by genetic algorithm.
