蓄能器参数对动力稳定装置动态特性的影响

Influence of accumulator parameters on the dynamic characteristics of dynamic stabilization device

摘要 动力稳定装置工作中,激振力使夹钳油缸油压出现高频脉动,根据动力稳定装置结构与工作特性,分析高频脉动产生的机理,提出调节蓄能器的充气压力与初始容积以抑制高频脉动,进而提高动力稳定装置-轨道系统横向力的传递效率。基于Maplesim建立动力稳定装置-轨道系统模型,研究蓄能器充气压力与初始容积对动力稳定装置横向力学特性传递影响,结果表明:当蓄能器充气压力为10 MPa,初始容积为4 L时,夹钳油缸压力高频脉动幅值降低,传递给轨枕的横向力提升16.26%。 During the operation of the dynamic stabilization device,the exciting force causes the high frequency pulsation of the oil pressure of the clamp cylinder.According to the structure and working characteristics of the dynamic stabilization device,the mechanism of the high frequency pulsation is analyzed,and the adjustment of the charging pressure and initial volume of the accumulator is proposed to restrain the high frequency pulsation,so as to improve the transmission efficiency of the transverse force between the dynamic stabilization device and the track system.Based on Maplesim,a dynamic stabilizer-track system model was established to study the influence of the accumulator charging pressure and initial volume on the transmission of transverse mechanical characteristics of the dynamic stabilizer.The results show that:when the accumulator charging pressure is 10 MPa and the initial volume is 4 L,the high-frequency pulsation amplitude of the clamp cylinder pressure decreases,and the transverse vibration transmitted to the sleeper is the most significant.
