汽车起重机最大支腿反力的回归计算法

摘要 求解四点支承式汽车起重机或全地面起重机支腿反力为多次超静定力学问题,基于车架为绝对刚体的假定,将上述问题转化为一次超静定问题,推导出了求解起重机支腿反力的通用公式,结合实测数据验证了公式的合理性。同时以此为基础,求解出了国内常用型号的起重机在吊装作业下的最大支腿反力,利用统计学中回归的思想,得到了最大支腿反力的回归公式。该公式具有适用范围广、参数简单、计算快捷、精度高等优点,可满足广大现场技术人员快速求解汽车起重机或全地面起重机最大支腿反力的需求。 It is a problem of multiple statically indeterminate mechanics to solve outrigger reaction of four point supported truck crane or all-terrain crane.Based on the assumption that the frame is an absolute rigid body,this paper transformed the above problem into a single order hyperstatic problem.The general formula for solving the reaction of the crane outrigger is derived,and the rationality of the formula is verified by the measured data.Based on the previous study,the maximum outrigger reaction of domestic common crane in the hoisting operation is solved,and the regression formula of the maximum outrigger reaction is obtained by using the idea of regression in statistics.The formula has the advantages of wide application range,simple parameters,fast calculation and high accuracy,which can meet the needs of the majority of field technicians to quickly solve the maximum outrigger reaction of truck crane or all-terrain crane.
