高产黄原胶菌种选育及其应用研究进展

摘要 黄原胶是一种由野油菜黄单胞菌代谢产生的水溶性胞外多糖,具有优良的物理化特性,在食品、医药、石油等行业中广泛应用。我国的黄原胶工业产能有待提高,该文主要从黄原胶工业生产菌株的改造、选育手段及应用进行综述,为黄原胶的工业生产提供优质菌株,以期提高黄原胶的工业产量。 Xanthan gum is a kind of water-soluble extracellular polysaccharide produced by the metabolism of Xanthomonas campestris,which has excellent physicochemical properties and is widely used in food,medicine,petroleum and other industries.China’s xanthan gum industrial capacity needs to be improved,this paper summarizes the modification,breeding methods,and applications of strains used in the industrial production of xanthan gum to provide high quality strains for industrial production of xanthan gum,with a view to improving the industrial yield of xanthan gum.
