摘要
为明确热风干制工艺参数对黄芪多酚提取效率及抗氧化活性的影响,通过单因素实验筛选关键影响参数,结合响应面法进行相关工艺参数优化。以切片厚度、干制温度和干制时间为自变量,以复水比和多酚含量为响应值,对工艺进行系统优化。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为切片厚度6 mm、干制温度54℃、干制时间3 h,此时复水比为3.84,多酚含量达32.37 mg/g。体外抗氧化活性结果显示,黄芪多酚对DPPH自由基和ABTS^(+)自由基具有较好的清除能力,EC50值分别为5.37μg/mL和36.30μg/mL。结果为保障中药材黄芪的品质稳定性与药效完整性提供技术支撑。
To clarify the influence of hot air drying process parameters on the extraction efficiency and antioxidant activity of Astragalus membranaceus polyphenols,key influencing parameters were screened through single factor experiments,and relevant process parameters were optimized using response surface methodology.Using slice thickness,drying temperature,and drying time as independent variables,and rehydration ratio and polyphenol content as response values,the process was systematically optimized.The results showed that the optimal process parameters were slice thickness of 6 mm,drying temperature of 54℃,and drying time of 3 h.At this time,the rehydration ratio was 3.84 and the polyphenol content reached 32.37 mg/g.The in vitro antioxidant activity results showed that Astragalus membranaceus polyphenols under these conditions had relatively good scavenging ability against DPPH free radicals and ABTS^(+)free radicals,with EC50 values of 5.37μg/mL and 36.30μg/mL,respectively.The results provide technical support for ensuring quality stability and therapeutic integrity of Chinese herb Astragalus membranaceus.
