摘要
受到外部扰动、负载变化等因素的影响,钻机动力系统的动态特性呈现出不确定性和非线性特性,给功率控制带来了一定的挑战,为了解决功率控制稳定性不佳的问题,提出一种电驱动石油钻机动力系统功率控制方法。通过最小二乘法获取电驱动石油钻机发动机转速,基于发动机调速特性曲线获取电驱动石油钻机发动机目标转速。将发动机目标转速与实际转速误差及误差变化率作为输入变量,设计模糊控制器,模糊控制器不依赖于系统的精确数学模型,根据专家的经验和知识来设计模糊规则和隶属度函数,使其能够处理系统的不确定性和非线性特性,通过模糊化处理、设计模糊规则、模糊推理和解模糊化以及反馈和调整实现电驱动石油钻机动力系统功率控制。仿真结果表明,所提方法的电驱动石油钻机动力系统功率控制稳定性更佳、效果更好。
Under the influence of external disturbances,load changes and other factors,the dynamic characteristics of the drilling rig power system show uncertainty and nonlinear characteristics,which bring certain challenges to the power control,in order to solve the problem of poor stability of the power control,a power control method of the power system of the electric-driven oil drilling rig is proposed.The engine speed of the electric-driven oil rig is obtained by the least-squares method,and the target speed of the electric-driven oil rig is obtained based on the engine speed characteristic curve.The error between the target speed and the actual speed of the engine and the rate ofchange of the error are taken as the input variables to design the fuzzy controller.The fuzzy controller does not depend on the exactmathematical model of the system,but designs the fuzzy rules and the affiliation function according to the experience and knowledge of the experts,so as to make it able to deal with the uncertainty and non-linear characteristics of the system,and then it can be used to achieve the power control of the power system of the electricdriven oil rig through the fuzzy processing,designing fuzzy rules,fuzzy reasoning and defuzzification,and the feedback and adjustment of the system.The power control of the power system of the electric-driven oil drilling rig is realized.The simulation results show that the power control of the power system of the electric-driven oil drilling rig by the proposed method is more stable and more effective.
