基于Web的SCADA设计及在物联网实训中的应用

摘要 油气行业的数智化转型发展和生产物联网的全覆盖建设应用,推动着工业大数据在油气生产管理中的常态化应用,进而对物联网运维管理、技术和实践提出了更高的要求,现有相关技术技能的培训方式已不能很好适应企业业务战略和现场运维需求,而问题为导向的项目化任务驱动学习技术可以有效地解决这种需要。通过基于Web的SCADA系统开发及其在场景化物联网原型系统环境搭建中的应用,可重现以站控系统为配套支持、网络传输与接入为基础,数据+协议+监控软件为业务核心的工控应用通用模式,实现软件定义业务逻辑,并打通与第三方IT系统平台的交互,实现OT与IT的融合。 The digital and intelligent transformation of the oil and gas industry,along with the full coverage,construction,and application of the production Internet of Things(IoT),has promoted the regular application of industrial big data in oil and gas production management.This,in turn,has put forward higher requirements for IoT operation and maintenance management,technologies,and practices.The existing training methods for relevant technical skills can no longer well meet the needs of enterprise business strategies and on-site operation and maintenance.However,problem-oriented,project-based task-driven learning technology can effectively address this need.Through the development of a Web-based SCADA system and its application in building a scenario-based IoT prototype system environment,the general mode of industrial control applications,which is supported by station control systems,based on network transmission and access,and centered on data+protocols+monitoring software,can be reproduced.This enables software to define businesslogic,facilitates interaction with third-party IT system platforms,and achieves the integration of OT and IT.
