摘要
目的:观察基于IKAP理论的护理在老年糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年1—12月信宜市人民医院收治的老年DR患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于IKAP理论的护理。比较两组视力、疾病知识掌握情况、心理状态、空腹血糖水平。结果:护理3个月后,两组视力提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,两组疾病知识评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。护理3个月后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,两组空腹血糖水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:基于IKAP理论的护理在老年DR患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者视力和心理状态,提高患者疾病认知水平,降低空腹血糖水平。
Objective:To observe the application effect of IKAP theory-based nursing in elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients with DR who were admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given IKAP theory-based nursing on the basis of the control group.The visual acuity,disease knowledge mastery,psychological states,and fasting blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of nursing,the visual acuity in the two groups improved,and this parameter in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the disease knowledge scores in the two groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).After 3 months of nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the fasting blood glucose levels in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of IKAP theory-based nursing has a significant effect in elderly patients with DR,and can improve the visual acuity and psychological state of patients,improve the disease cognition level of patients,and reduce the fasting blood glucose level.
