摘要
心力衰竭常伴随细胞能量代谢异常,线粒体自噬在心血管疾病中的作用逐渐受到临床关注。黄元御的“一气周流”理论阐释了人体气机升降出入与脏腑之间的相互作用,体现了中医治疗的整体观念。本文探讨了线粒体自噬调控心力衰竭的分子机制,并分析“一气周流”理论在心力衰竭治疗中的应用及其指导意义。此外,本研究还探讨了线粒体自噬与“一气周流”理论之间的相互关系,旨在为心力衰竭的中西医结合治疗提供新的治疗靶点和创新思路。通过整合传统中医理论和现代分子生物学,以期为心力衰竭治疗开辟新的视角和方法。
Heart failure is frequently accompanied by abnormal cellular energy metabolism,with mitophagy playing an increasingly recognized role in cardiovascular diseases.Huang Yuan-yu's“One Qi Circulation”theory explains the interaction between the rise and fall of qi in the human body and internal organs,and embodies the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.This article elucidates molecular mechanisms underlying mitophagy-mediated regulation in heart failure while examining the therapeutic applications and guiding principles derived from the“One Qi Circulation”theory.In addition,this review article also explores the interaction between mitochondrial autophagy and the“One Qi Circulation”theory,aiming to establish novel therapeutic targets and innovative convergent treatment strategies for integrated Chinese-Western medicine.By integrating traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern molecular biology,we hope to open up new perspectives and methods for the treatment of heart failure.
