摘要
肿瘤电场治疗(TTFields)通过低强度、中等频率的交变电场进行抗肿瘤治疗。近年来,TTFields用于治疗胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)的相关研究不断有新的发现。文章就TTFields在治疗GBM中的发展、临床试验的研究进展、安全性、治疗后患者生命质量评估方面作一综述。
Tumor treating fields(TTFields)are anti-tumor therapies using low-intensity,moderate-frequency alternating electric fields.In recent years,new discoveries have been made in the research on the use of TTFields in the treatment of glioblastoma(GBM).This article reviews the development of TTFields in the treatment of GBM and the research progress of clinical trials,safety and the evaluation of post-treatment quality of life.
