摘要
随着氢能纳入国家能源体系,燃料电池在轨道交通领域的应用加速,标准化成为行业发展的关键支撑。本论文系统梳理了国内外标准体系,涵盖基础管理、燃料电池、车载氢系统和氢设施四大类,分析了国际、国家及地方标准的布局特点,指出燃料电池和车载氢系统是标准化重点。同时总结了轨道车辆氢能应用的核心技术,包括燃料电池系统适配、储氢技术选型、能量管理优化及加氢技术标准化。针对现存问题,提出推动技术标准协同、建立轨道车辆专用标准体系、加强跨领域合作及构建验证平台等建议,以促进氢能轨道交通的可持续发展。
With hydrogen energy being incorporated into the national energy system,the application of fuel cells in the rail transit sector is accelerating,and standardization has become a key support for the industry's development.This article systematically reviews the domestic and international standard systems,covering four major categories:basic management,fuel cells,on-board hydrogen systems,and hydrogen facilities.This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of international,national,and local standards,and points out that fuel cells and on-board hydrogen systems are the key focuses of standardization.At the same time,this paper summarizes the core technologies for the application of hydrogen energy in rail vehicles,including the adaptation of fuel cell systems,the selection of hydrogen storage technologies,the optimization of energy management,and the standardization of hydrogen refueling technologies.In response to existing problems,this paper proposes suggestions such as promoting the coordination of technical standards,establishing a dedicated standard system for rail vehicles,strengthening cross-sector cooperation,and building verification platforms to promote the sustainable development of hydrogen-powered rail transit.
