摘要
连续卸船机生产作业时需要将取料头伸入船舱,通过在取料头上移动的链斗连续不断地挖掘物料,实现物料由船舱到码头输送带的卸载工作。在实际作业过程中,受磨损、冲击、碰撞等因素影响,可能出现链斗歪斜、脱落等问题。传统方法主要依赖检修及作业期间人工观察,若受损的链斗不能及时被发现处理,将会导致设备机械结构损伤,形成非计划停机。文中基于视觉识别技术开发一套链斗异常识别系统,在作业过程中实时监控链斗异常状况,并与设备控制系统实现连锁,有效提升设备运行可靠性及可利用率,降低生产维护成本。
During operation,the continuous ship unloader reaches its retractable boom into the hold and excavates material with a chain-bucket system that runs along the boom,transferring cargo from the vessel to the quayside conveyer belt.Wear,impact,collision and other factors during operation can tilt or derail the buckets.Conventional inspection methods mainly rely on visual check during maintenance and operation.Any damaged chain bucket that is not found and treated in time may lead to mechanical failure and an unplanned shutdown.A vision-based chain bucket abnormal identification system was developed.Running in real time,it monitors the abnormal situation of chain bucket in real time and realizes interlocking with the control system,boosting reliability and availability while cutting both production and maintenance costs.
