摘要
基于新质生产力的发展背景,探讨了土建类技术技能拔尖人才培养的改革与实践.通过分析新质生产力对人才培养的新要求,结合地下工程领域的实际需求,针对当前土建类技术技能人才培养存在的问题,提出了“三链融合”人才培养体系、产学研一体化教学模式以及“精懂会善能”实践育人理念等创新路径,为高职院校提供人才培养的有益经验,助力国家产业结构优化升级和科技进步.
Based on the development background of new quality productivity,this paper explores the reform and practice of cultivating top-notch talents in civil engineering technology skills.By analyzing the new requirements of new quality productivity for talent cultivation,combined with the actual needs of the underground engineering field,and addressing the existing problems in the training of technical and skilled talents in civil engineering,innovative paths such as the“three chain integration”talent training system,the integrated teaching mode of industry university research,and the practical education concept of“understanding and being able to do well”have been proposed,providing useful experience for talent cultivation in vocational colleges and helping to optimize and upgrade the national industrial structure and promote scientific and technological progress.
