农业机械结构强度及疲劳寿命分析研究

摘要 农业机械设备结构强度与疲劳寿命是农机设计与使用过程中亟需关注的关键问题。本文围绕农业机械关键承载结构,系统分析其受力特点及疲劳损伤机理,对典型工况下机械结构的应力分布、弱点部位及潜在裂纹源进行识别。通过S-N曲线,预测结构在重复载荷作用下的疲劳寿命,并通过实测数据与仿真结果对比验证分析准确性。研究结果表明,合理的结构优化设计和疲劳寿命预测手段可显著提升农业机械的可靠性与使用寿命,研究结果可以为农业机械结构安全性评估和耐久性设计提供了理论依据和技术支撑。 Structural strength and fatigue life of agricultural machinery and equipment are key issues that need urgent attention during the design and use of agricultural machinery.This paper focuses on the key bearing structure of agricultural machinery,systematically analyses its stress characteristics and fatigue damage mechanism,and identifies the stress distribution,weak points and potential crack sources of the mechanical structure under typical working conditions.Through the S-N curve,the fatigue life of the structure under repeated loads is predicted,and the accuracy of the analysis is verified by comparing the measured data with the simulation results.The results show that reasonable structural optimisation design and fatigue life prediction can significantly improve the reliability and service life of agricultural machinery,and the results can provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the structural safety assessment and durability design of agricultural machinery.
