多传感器融合的农业机械自主导航与路径规划应用分析

摘要 随着精准农业与智慧农机技术的快速发展,农机自主作业依赖单一全球导航卫星系统的导航方式,在复杂的非结构化农田环境中面临着感知不全、适应性差、安全性不足等严峻挑战。如何通过多传感器融合技术提升农业机械的环境感知与智能决策能力,对于保障作业安全、提升作业效率与质量、实现农业生产的可持续发展具有重大的理论价值与现实意义。该文结合农业机械生产实际特点,面向农业复杂场景设计了多传感器融合导航规划架构,明确了各层级的功能与交互关系,及相互配合应用的关键思路,并给出了全场景与局部优化下的路径规划思路。 With the rapid development of precision agriculture and smart agricultural machinery technology,the autonomous operation of agricultural machinery relies on a single global navigation satellite system navigation method,which faces severe challenges such as incomplete perception,poor adaptability,and insufficient safety in complex unstructured farmland environments.How to improve the environmental perception and intelligent decision-making ability of agricultural machinery through multi-sensor fusion technology has significant theoretical value and practical significance for ensuring operational safety,improving operational efficiency and quality,and achieving sustainable development of agricultural production.This article combines the practical characteristics of agricultural machinery production and designs a multi-sensor fusion navigation planning architecture for complex agricultural scenarios.It clarifies the functions and interaction relationships of each level,as well as the key ideas for their coordinated application.It also provides path planning ideas for both full scenario and local optimization.
