摘要
随着我国城市轨道交通网络迅速发展,以渗漏和突涌为主的施工事故逐渐增多。文章总结了隧道车站基坑和盾构区间内涌水涌砂抢险核心技术要点,并建立应急抢险标准化管理体系,从而进一步实现“召之即来、来之能战、战之必胜”的抢险目标,减少事故险情造成的经济损失和社会影响。
With the rapid development of urban rail transit networks in China,construction accidents dominated by water seepage and water inrush have gradually increased.This paper summarizes the core technical points for emergency response to water and sand inrushes in tunnel station foundation pits and shield-driven sections,and establishes a standardized emergency management system to achieve the goal of"immediate mobilization,effective response,and decisive success",and reduces the economic losses and social impacts caused by accident risks.
