摘要
目的:探讨烧伤患者静脉治疗中塞丁格技术置入改良型中长导管的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月~2024年4月本院收治的烧伤患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用中心静脉导管,观察组采用塞丁格技术置入改良型中长导管,比较两组置管情况、置管后总舒适率、维护导管所需成本、导管相关并发症发生率。结果:观察组置管所需时间短于对照组,置入长度多于对照组(P<0.05);两组一次置管成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组置管后总舒适率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组更换透明敷料成本、更换输液接头成本差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);置管后观察组发生导管相关并发症例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在烧伤患者静脉治疗中,塞丁格技术置入改良型中长导管不仅能够改善患者的置管情况,提高置管后舒适度,降低不良反应的发生。
Objective:Exploring the application effect of modified mid-to-long peripheral catheters inserted via the seldinger technique in venous therapy for burn patients.Methods:60 burn patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases each.The control group received central venous catheters,while the observation group had modified midline catheters inserted using the Seldinger technique.The two groups were compared in terms of catheter placement,overall post-insertion comfort rate,maintenance costs,and the incidence of catheter-related complications.Results:The time required for catheterization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the insertion length was longer(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the first-attempt catheterization success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The overall comfort rate after catheterization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant differences were observed in the cost of transparent dressing changes or intravenous connector replacements between the two groups(P>0.05).The number of catheter-related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the intravenous treatment of burn patients,the use of the Sedinger technique to insert an improved medium length catheter can not only improve the patient’s catheterization situation,enhance post catheterization comfort,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
