摘要
针对修船现有的传统舷梯沙包负荷试验在试验过程中存在的安全、质量、效率、成本等方面的不足,文章以修船舷梯负荷及外形尺寸为研究载体,开发适用于修船舷梯负荷试验的新技术工艺,研发一款具有全方位优势的修船舷梯负荷试验新型装置,实现高质优效、安全快速地完成试验的目标,满足公司修船舷梯负荷试验年度工程量的需要。
To address the shortcomings in safety,quality,efficiency,and cost associated with the traditional sandbag load testing method for ship repair accommodation ladders,this paper develops a new technological process and a new device for load testing based on the load capacity and dimensional characteristics of the ladders.The newly developed device offers comprehensive advantages,enabling high-quality,efficient,safe,and rapid completion of load tests,thereby meeting the annual engineering demand for accommodation ladder load testing in ship repair operations.
