摘要
【目的】探讨不同浓度水杨酸(SA)对向日葵幼苗生长、生理及镉(Cd)吸收富集的影响,并筛选适宜SA浓度,为其应用于镉污染土壤修复提供理论依据。【方法】采用水培法,在0.6 mg/L Cd胁迫下叶面喷施5种质量浓度(0,50,100,150,200 mg/L)SA,检测向日葵的生长情况、生理特性以及Cd吸收累积相关指标。【结果】在Cd胁迫下,随SA质量浓度增大,向日葵的根长、株高、根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量和全株生物量均先升后降,同时相对电导率和丙二醛含量先降后升,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性及光合色素、脯氨酸含量则先升后降,而根、茎、叶中Cd含量和Cd富集系数先降后升,Cd转移系数和Cd提取量先升后降,并多在100 mg/L SA处理下表现最好,此时全株生物量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、总叶绿素含量、Cd转移系数和Cd提取量分别较Cd胁迫对照显著增加18.08%,20.13%,11.16%,4.17%和6.50%,Cd富集系数显著降低10.00%。【结论】适宜质量浓度的SA能显著促进镉胁迫向日葵幼苗生长、生理指标改善及对Cd的吸收富集,且以100 mg/L SA的促进效果最佳。
【Objective】This study aims to explore the effects of salicylic acid(SA)on the growth,physiology,and cadmium(Cd)uptake and accumulation in sunflower(Helianthus annuus L.).It also seeks to identify suitable SA concentrations for application in the remediation of Cd-contaminated soil,thereby providing a theoretical basis for improving the remediation of Cd-polluted soil.【Method】This study utilized an aqueous culture method to investigate the effects of SA concentrations of 0,50,100,150,and 200 mg/L on the growth physiology,as well as on Cd absorption and accumulation in sunflower seedlings exposed to 0.6 mg/L Cd.【Result】Under Cd stress,the root length,plant height,root biomass,stem biomass,leaf biomass,and whole plant biomass of sunflowers exhibited an initial increase followed by a subsequent decrease with increasing concentrations of SA.Concurrently,the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content showed an initial decrease followed by an increase,while the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase.(CAT),as well as the content of proline(Pro),displayed an initial increase followed by a decrease.Moreover,the Cd content and Cd enrichment coefficient in sunflower roots,stems,and leaves showed a declining trend followed by an increasing trend.The Cd transfer coefficient was initially increased but then decreased.The above indices reached optimal values at 100 mg/L SA.At 100 mg/L SA,the whole plant biomass,SOD activity,total chlorophyll content,Cd transfer coefficient,and Cd extraction amount were significantly increased by 18.08%,20.13%,11.16%,4.17%,and 6.50%compared to the control,respectively,while the Cd enrichment coefficient was significantly decreased by 10.00%.【Conclusion】The appropriate concentration of SA can enhance the growth,improve physiological indices,and promote Cd absorption and accumulation in sunflower seedlings under Cd stress.It is noteworthy that the most significant promotional effect occurs at 100 mg/L SA.
